You make mistakes, you learn to correct them. That's what software engineering is all about :) Listen to feedback and improvise.

Don't get emotionally attached or invested to companies. It'll hurt when it's a rejection, keep learning as the ultimate goal.

If you get emotionally attached to dream companies then yeah we'll complain about the process being not fair. (Did this in my early stage of my career). Life is unfair. I also complained about the process for a company in my hometown in 2019 when it was a reject. Where im now is no where close to that company.

People have their offers revoked.
People have been laid off.

It's professional decisions for business, if you take them personally then eventually we tend to complain.

Keep up the grind, things will fall into place.

As to the process, nothing is perfect. We are not in an ideal world, but the feedback will be heard and the process will be improvised I hope :)
