Notice anything different about our logo?

Today on #WorldWildlifeDay, we’re joining many in highlighting how empty a #WorldWithoutNature would be by removing it from our logo. Because – like our logo – our world doesn't work without nature.

A historic milestone is unfolding in the Ile-Balkhash region of Kazakhstan, where local communities are helping reintroduce tigers after 70 years of extinction.

Two Amur tigers, Bodhana and Kuma, made their journey to a new home, marking the start of an ambitious conservation project.

From adopting sustainable farming to preparing for eco-tourism, the communities are #NaturesHeroes. They are helping to rewild ecosystems, restore species like the Bukhara deer and Kulan, and plant forests.

This initiative – led by Wereld Natuur Fonds (WWF-NL), the Kazakh government, and UNDP – is a testament to the power of partnerships and the critical role of communities in driving conservation success.
