Many leaders want their employees to be more autonomous, entrepreneurial, innovative, and agile, but simply telling them to change their mindset won't work.

🧠 In fact, it's impossible to change someone's mindset without first changing the context in which they work.

🛠 So instead of focusing on mindset alone, we need to start by changing the ways of working, work practices, and processes.

🌱 By doing so, employees will naturally begin to act more autonomously, and eventually, their mindset will shift as well.
