Good morning to everyone except people who think the best candidate has to live in the same country as the company hiring them.

I've spent the last 9 years helping scale a remote company across 40+ countries. Working with people from all over the world? Incredibly fun.

Dealing with employment law, payroll, compliance, benefits, and paperwork across 40+ countries? Considerably less fun. 🙈

The rise of remote work created an entire industry of tools trying to solve this problem. And while it's tempting to go with the biggest name in the market, I've learned that bigger doesn't always mean better.

Sometimes you want a partner that actually feels like a partner. One that knows your name, understands your situation, and doesn't make you feel like ticket no 54635.

That's what I like about RemoFirst. They help companies employ people globally without the usual operational headache, and they're particularly well suited for startups and growing teams.

Because finding great people around the world is hard enough.

Actually employing them shouldn't be.

I've done enough talking. Go see if I'm right: https://lnkd.in/dth7fgaK
