I really feel sad for #organisations who post BA job opening with a job description stating that “ Candidate needs to have X years of experience in Y domain“.
Not every #businessanalysts get opportunity to work in all available domain.
This doesn't mean that they cannot perform business analysis and is not fit for your project.
I would #suggest to look at their core business analysis skills rather than domain knowledge.
If one has right BA skills then they can easily adapt to any domain in the world.
To all #ba please focus on your BA skills and not domain.
