Knowledge, Skills and Attitude are more important than “Years of Experience”.
Many “Freshers” have more knowledge and skills on latest technologies than so-called “experienced” people have.
Some “Freshers” I had hired have become some of my best employees. I’m also impressed with their positive attitude, dedication and sincerity.
I’ve convinced my senior management to hire more freshers and we will hire more freshers in the coming days.
Please give “Freshers” an opportunity. They deserve a chance to prove themselves.

Today is International Women’s Day. Today is also the death anniversary of the woman I loved the most. And, she’s also probably the only person who loved me unconditionally.
My Mom. Whatever I'm today, is because of her. Twelve years ago, on this day she left for her heavenly abode. But, I feel she is always here, with me.
My father is a doctor and my mother was a teacher. My mom always wanted me to become a doctor or to do a PhD. But, I fell in love with computers and ended up becoming a Computer Engineer.
Better late than never, I've also become a “Dr.“, if not a doctor. Unfortunately, my mom is no more and this is our last photo together at XLRI Jamshedpur where I did my PhD. I dedicate my PhD degree to my mom and hope she feels happy and proud wherever she is.

Interviewer: Yes, but don’t cross your limits.
Me: Sure, sir. Let’s switch positions. I’ll be the interviewer and you’ll be the candidate. Is that okay?
Interviewer: Okay
(Time left: 9 minutes)
Me: You have only 8 minutes to impress me Mr. XYZ!
Interviewer: (confused) Alright. (Thinks for 2 minutes and then starts to talk about his education and experience.)
Me: No, no. Those things I’ve seen in your resume. Impress me with something out-of-the-box.
Interviewer: (Thinks and tries his best but still is unable to give a satisfactory answer.)
Me: Time up! Sir, let’s switch positions again.
Interviewer: Alright!
Me: Sir, just 1 minute is left of the 10 minutes and I want to tell you something in this time.
