As part of the process, participants went through multiple rounds that tested their aptitude and functional knowledge through case studies, online assessments, and AI-based interviews. 111 participants were shortlisted from over 17,000 interested applicants from pharma, management and engineering colleges. The shortlisted teams then went through intense presentations, rigorous evaluations and sharp Q&A sessions in this two-day finale. Winning prizes were given away by our Co-Chairman and MD, Prasad G V and Global Head of Quality and Pharmacovigilance, Krishna Venkatesh. Prasad addressed questions from participants before announcing the winners. Congratulations to all the winners, runners-up and participants! And a huge shout-out to the cross-functional teams that enabled this exciting competition!
