One of life's most dangerous traps :

Worrying about things outside your control.

An incredible bit of content from the legendary Joseph Rudd
(Drop him a follow for epic content).

I saw this and had to share because,

I heard a quote the other day that's been stuck in my head...

"20% is the situation. 80% is how you respond"

Control is something we all try to cling to.
We convince ourselves we must manage everything.

I’ve fallen into that mindset myself:

Stressing over what people will think of me.
Stressing over how colleagues would perceive my ideas.
Stressing over how I'm coming across on social media (ye this sucks).

But that mindset just builds pressure,
And pulls us further from real progress.

So instead, let go of what you can’t influence.
And put your energy into what’s in reach.

❌ You can’t shape how others see your choices.
✅ But you can stand by them with confidence.

❌ You can’t rewrite what happened before.
✅ But you can decide how you move forward.

❌ You can’t control every project’s result.
✅ But you can own the effort you bring to it.

Work and life will always bring uncertainty.
Plans shift, roles evolve, and people move on.

But you can focus your energy on:

- The decisions ahead
- The effort you give
- The values you hold
- The way you respond
- The way you speak to yourself

That’s where true progress begins.

What will you start putting more energy into?

There's a set of life rules that we never get taught.

But winners use them every day...

We are commonly told to:

- Keep grinding without questioning the goal
- Say yes to everything that comes our way
- Push harder, even when it stops working

But those who truly win in life play by a different set of rules.
(I know this after working with these people myself)

They’ve learned laws that give them clarity, speed, and focus.

Here are 8 laws the top 1% live by:

1. The North Star Principle
↳ Clarity will always drive conviction.
↳ Be ruthlessly clear on where you need to go.

2. Parkinson’s Law
↳ Time stretches to what you fill it with.
↳ Set tighter deadlines and get more done.

3. The Law of Diminishing Returns
↳ More effort doesn’t mean more results.
↳ Know when it's right to walk away.

4. The Peter Principle
↳ Promotions ≠ progress.
↳ Always stay learning or you’ll stay stuck.

5. Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule)
↳ Most value comes from a few key moves.
↳ Double down on what matters.

6. Gall’s Law
↳ Complexity grows from simplicity.
↳ Start small and then scale.

7. The Principle of Least Effort
↳ People will always choose ease.
↳ Make the right path the easy one.

8. Goodhart’s Law
↳ Metrics lie when you chase them.
↳ Focus on real genuine human value, not vanity.

These rules aren’t loud.
But they are effective.

What's one life law you live by?

The all important question in this new AI age...

Which LLM is actually right for me?

Well Chris Donnelly helps us find the answer with this sheet !

AI is moving quicker than anyone expected.

Sure, there are concerns...
But the impact on entrepreneurs and marketers is huge.

We've spent months trialling all the top models.

Here’s how the top 6 compare right now (this may not last):

1. Claude 4.5
The true OG for writers and one I rely on most these days.

Best for: Structured docs, legal tasks, big projects.
Great at long-form reasoning with massive memory.
Downside: Lacks flair when it comes to creativity.

2. ChatGPT-5
I use this dozens of times a day.
(I have a GPT for almost everything)

Best for: Writing, research, automation tasks.
Easily the most flexible and intuitive option.
Downside: Prone to errors in niche topics, and can get pricey.

3. Perplexity
The most reliable AI for straight facts.
Plus, Comet is epic !

Best for: Data-backed insights, market scanning.
Ideal for founders needing speed and certainty.
Downside: Not great for storytelling or content ideas.

4. Grok 4
Still finding its footing, but full of potential.

Best for: Live trends and monitoring social buzz.
Taps directly into X, with a more human tone.
Downside: Not strong on technical depth yet.

5. Gemini 2.5
The top pick for visual and SEO work.

Best for: Seamless use in Google-based teams.
Built for collaboration inside Google’s ecosystem.
Downside: Outputs often feel stiff or mechanical.

6. DeepSeek V3.1
The leanest and fastest of the bunch.

Best for: Engineers and technical workflows.
Low cost with serious power for coding tasks.
Downside: Lacks the creative spark for writing.

Every AI has its strengths and weaknesses.
But the real edge comes from knowing which one to pull for what.

Which model do you lean on most and for what kind of work?
Let's start a discussion in the comments!

You're using Claude like a basic chatbot.

9 settings and features make it 10x better for content writing.

You've been trying to write at scale and post daily.
You wonder how others do it with no drama...

It's because they've learned to use Claude properly 👇

1️⃣ TURN ON MEMORY

- Claude remembers your voice, tone, and audience across sessions.
- No more re-explaining your ICP or writing style every time.
- Set it once. It works in the background from there.

Takes 60 seconds.

2️⃣ USE PROJECTS

- Keep your briefs, tone guides, and past posts in one workspace.
- Claude pulls from it every time you start a new chat.
- Think of it as your content operating system.

Start with one Project per brand.

3️⃣ UPLOAD YOUR TONE OF VOICE DOC

- Paste or upload your tone doc into a Project.
- Every output already sounds like you before edits.
- Cuts revision time in half.

Build a tone doc if you haven't already.

4️⃣ USE EXTENDED THINKING FOR STRATEGY WORK

- Better reasoning on positioning, messaging, and brief writing.
- Reduces weak outputs when the brief matters most.
- Worth switching on before strategy sessions.

Turn it on and see the difference.

5️⃣ BUILD A REUSABLE PROMPT LIBRARY

- Save your best prompts as reference files inside a Project.
- Stop rewriting the same brief structure from scratch.
- 10 strong prompts are a content system.

Start with the ones you use most.

6️⃣ GIVE DETAILED PROMPTS FOR IDEAS

- Give Claude a role, task, context, and a clear output structure.
- Level 1 prompting gives you generic content. Level 3 is usable.
- The quality of your prompt determines the quality of the idea.

Stop asking, "Give me 10 post ideas." Brief it properly.

7️⃣ ASK CLAUDE TO CRITIQUE BEFORE IT CREATES

- Ask it to flag weak hooks, framing, or gaps.
- Forces deeper thinking before you commit to a draft.
- One extra step that saves 3 rounds of editing.

Add "critique this brief first" before every generation prompt.

8️⃣ USE IT TO REPURPOSE CONTENT

- Feed in one post and ask for 3 format variations.
- Same idea, multiple distribution assets.
- More output without having to invest more time.

Try it with your best post this week.

9️⃣ SET UP A CONTENT REVIEW PROMPT

- A prompt that checks every post against your ICP, hook quality, and CTA.
- Works like a second editor who never misses anything.
- Catches weak posts before your audience does.

Save it inside your Project and run every post through it.

Most of these take under 60 seconds to set up.
The difference between AI-assisted posting and a proper system is this.

Think you make good decisions?

You might be in the 90% who don’t...

Everyone thinks it's about being the smartest.
But it’s more about how you think.

There is no need for big words or over-complication.
It’s about breaking things down, in their simplest form.

And asking the right questions. Things like:

👉 What am I assuming here?
👉 What haven’t I considered?
👉 What would someone else see differently?

When you think like this:

You stop rushing.
You stop second-guessing.
You make clearer decisions.

Here’s a tool I use all the time:
The 6 Thinking Hats approach

🔴 Red: What does your gut say?
🟡 Yellow: What could go right?
🟢 Green: Any new ideas to try?
⚪ White: What are the facts?
⚫ Black: What could go wrong?
🔵 Blue: Are we thinking in a clear, structured way?

And if you're still stuck, try the other frameworks in this sheet.
I'm personally a big fan of the 80/20 rule and the OODA loop.

Master this and life becomes far easier because...
Clearer thinking = better actions = better results.

How do you clear your mind to think

Followers are not leads.

Most founders learn this the hard way.

Thanks to Chris Donnelly for the inspo behind this idea.

You spend months growing on LinkedIn and wonder why nothing is converting.
Your follower count has tripled, but your CTR is dead.

Nothing you create sells.

Here's the 6-step system we use to fix that :)

1️⃣ DON'T SELL... SERVE

- Show up consistently and actually care about your audience's situation.
- Value the relationship over the transaction every time.
- The founders closing the most deals feel the least salesy.

People can smell a pitch. Help them instead.

2️⃣ SOCIAL SELLING AND DIRECT MESSAGES

- Find your ICP and get into their world genuinely.
- Leave comments that add something. No "great post!" nonsense.
- When you reach out, make it personal. Never pitch first.

Warm the room. Then knock on the door.

3️⃣ OPTIMISE YOUR LINKEDIN AND OFFER

- Your banner, headline, and featured section are selling before you even show up.
- Pain point to solution to offer to benefit. That's the flow.
- If someone lands on your profile and has no idea what you do, fix that first.

Sort your profile before you post anything.

4️⃣ LEAD MAGNETS

- Most founders skip this and then wonder why their audience isn't converting.
- The magnet gets the email. The email builds trust. Trust closes the deal.
- Free value first. Paid offer when they are ready.

The best lead magnets feel like a no-brainer to download.

5️⃣ SEGMENTATION AND PERSONALISATION

- Not everyone in your audience is in the same place. Stop talking like they are.
- Segment by challenge and where they are in their decision process.
- Match your content and outreach to where they are right now.

Wrong message, right person still converts nothing btw.

6️⃣ UNDERSTAND YOUR FUNNEL

- TOFU: Curious but not ready. Educate and pull them in.
- MOFU: Exploring options. Keep showing up until you're the only name they think of.
- BOFU: Ready to buy, so make it easy to say yes.

Most founders only create TOFU content and wonder why no one is buying lol.

Vanity metrics feel good, but revenue metrics tell the truth.

Followers are a byproduct of doing this well.

Leads are the outcome.

If you want to go deeper and get leads, download TCA's free Conversion Playbook.

Inside, you'll find the exact profile framework that turns visitors into leads,
A step-by-step content strategy built around your funnel,
And the CTA structure that gets people to take action.

7 Wake up calls if you are lazy but ambitious.

Here's how to really get the needle moving:

Stop telling yourself you’re planning
Stop saying you’ll get to it "later"
Stop hiding behind procrastination

Here’s your wake-up call

1. Overconsuption is the fastest path to underdeliver.
You inhale videos, books and threads. But none of it sticks
Apply one thing before you scroll again

2. You glamorise the grind
Hustle isn’t an aesthetic, it’s action
Do the thing in silence without posting about it

3. You’re not too busy... you’re just manual
You’re not short on time, you’re just working manually.
Instead, let tools do the heavy lifting...

This is where I need to talk about OpusClip

Because as someone managing multiple different channels...
(And who sucks at video editing)

They have saved me SO much time (and stress lol).

Opus turns long-form into bite-sized clips in seconds.
Handling all of the captions, cuts and even publishing for you.

No more “I didn’t have time to post”
Just record, upload, tweak and ship.

4. You don’t hold your word to yourself
Every flake chips away at your self-trust.
Make one promise today and actually keep it.

5. Your goals are too vague
You’re not unmotivated, you’re just directionless.
Simply write 15 goals, circle 3 and ditch the rest.

6. You blame time instead of choices
“Too busy” is often a cover for poor time hygiene.
Track your hours and cut one time-sink today.

7. You wait for the “perfect time”
Later is mainly just fear in disguise.
Instead, start scrappy and get movinggg.

If this felt personal, good...
Because now it's time to take action.

Honour one promise today.
Start using tools like OpusClip to lighten your load.
And ship something messy.

Which one hit hardest?

I have posted on LinkedIn almost every day for 3 years.

But this year broke most people’s strategy...

Cheers Chris Donnelly for your tips on this.

Everything shifted between 2024 and 2026:

2024: Virality ruled.
↳ One post could reach a million people and add thousands of followers overnight.

2025: Everything changed.
↳ Reach dropped, and niche authority started winning instead.

2026: Growth is slower.
↳ But the quality of that growth is on another level.

As you can see, the algo's shifted so now...
One thousand people who buy from you always beat one million who scroll past you.

LinkedIn is still the best platform for founders to grow and monetise an audience.

But the playbook has changed again.

Here is how to master it in 2026:

⭐️ Know your north star

Why are you posting? Get specific.
Spend more time on leads and less on cold outreach.

🗣️ Know your ICP

Write down the one person you are posting for.
Their title, biggest frustration, and what they need to hear from you.

🕌 Lock in your content pillars

Pick 3 to 5 topics you genuinely own and can go deep on.
Every post for the next 90 days should sit inside one of them.

🛬 Turn your profile into a landing page

Your Headline, About section, and Featured links are either converting visitors or losing them.
Optimise each section with your ICP in mind.

🤝 Comment and build relationships

List 10 to 20 founders in your space and comment on their content (daily).
Genuine, specific comments build faster than any growth hack.

🗺️ Map your content funnel

Not every post should do the same job.
Some build awareness, some build trust, and some convert.

💡 Stay hot on ideation

Follow the best creators in your niche and study what they do.
Pull ideas from Instagram, X, and Pinterest and bring them to LinkedIn.

✏️ Write well and design well

Decent writing earns the read.
A clean visual earns the first impression.

🔀 Track, test, and adjust

Post with intention and measure what performs.
Then, double down on what works.

This is the exact system we build inside The Creator Accelerator.
And lucky for you, TCA Cohort 7 applications are open now.

We have helped 750+ founders across 6 cohorts generate real leads and revenue through LinkedIn.

So there is no reason why you can't be next.

The simple yet quite profound truth:

No-body has it all figured out.

I've helped Chris Donnelly scale past 1 mil followers,
And thought some of the fastest growing creators on LinkesIn

But 3 years ago I was a marketing exec with 0 LinkedIn followers.
And 0 clue what personal branding even meant.

(My first boss told me to add people to hit the magic 500 connections 😂)

To be honest, when I started, I felt like a complete fraud every time I posted.

Here's what changed everything:

I figured out that no-body really knows whats going on.
There is no immediate magic answer.

It's just learning small things over time.
And being relentless with this process every day.

This changed everything for me.
I stopped aiming for "perfect post"

And instead treated every day as an experiment.

Every successful person I've spoken to, goes through the exact same process:

Every milestone feels terrifying at first.
The imposter syndrome still hits daily.
The pressure never really goes away.

But neither does the growth.

And so really...
When you stop comparing yourself to others,
Or When you stop thinking everyone else has cracked the code...

That's when real progress begins.

So instead, focus on:

- Showing up consistently.
- Actively learning from your mistakes
- Be the first to adapt to new things.

The people who "make it" aren't special.
They just refuse to let the fear of looking stupid stop them.

So if you've been holding back because you don't feel ready...
Nobody does :)

Start messy. Start imperfect. But start today.

What's one thing you've been putting off because it doesn't feel "ready" yet?

I hit 150,000 followers this weekend.

But here’s the actual reality of that:

Number of times I’ve wrote a post 5 mins before: 41
The Times I’ve said I'd try another platform: 33
Time I've spent on the platform: 1000+ hours.
Times I've felt like a massive imposter: 89
People who started with me, who quit: 412
Times I've heard "LinkedIn is dead": 65
Times I’ve said I’d give up: 389
Amount of days I’ve missed: 153

I wish I could tell you it's been fun and easy.
It hasn't.

In fact, it's been a scrappy one.
I've neglected my own brand a lot over the last year.

But regardless, I am so glad I kept going.

Because no one can beat consistent effort over a long periof of time.

And off the back of it, I've worked with some dream brands.
Made some awesome friends who have taught me so much.
And most importantly drove revenue to the business.

Genuinely feels like we're just getting started again :D

My 3 main takeaways:

Always learn from others - don't think you know it all.
Don’t become complacent - Be aware of what is working.
Experiment all the time - Data is king !

How many times have you heard "LinkedIn is dead?"
Let me know below XD
Post image by Josh S.
Don’t stay somewhere that drains your soul.

It’s the slowest road to a life of regret:

Whether that’s staying in:

- A role you dread
- A draining relationship
- A group that holds you back

It’s never worth the cost to your well-being.

But why do we cling to places that harm us?
The main reasons often include:

↳ Feeling like we’ve invested too much
↳ Fear of what happens next
↳ Loyalty taken too far

Here’s what to try if you feel stuck in the wrong space:

1. Reflect and write it down
↳ Give yourself time to see the full picture
↳ List the ups and downs with total clarity

2. Lean on others
↳ Share your thoughts with people you trust
↳ Try online communities to see a different perspective

3. Start improving yourself
↳ Pinpoint what could help you grow from here
↳ Learn, study, or upskill for your next chapter

4. Set your timeline to leave
↳ Break down each step and set dates
↳ Track progress and adjust as needed

5. Make your exit
↳ Take action and commit to your decision
↳ Have support around you as you transition

Know that leaving won’t be simple.
It might be the toughest step you take.

But life’s too short to be stuck in resentment.

When you’re in the right space, you become:

- More energised
- More at peace
- A version of you that thrives

And who doesn’t want that?

LinkedIn is dead....

According to everyone on LinkedIn.

Every year, people will become motivated to post on here.
Often they'll see momentum fast.

But then change happens...

A new format or algorithm change arrives
And often people aren't fast enough.

They will continue to use the same techniques as before.
And their results and motivation will start to diminish.

But here's the brutal reality...

LinkedIn (like most social platforms) change ALL the time.
To keep up you need to adapt fast and be very resilient.

So here's 6 tips for staying on top of the changes
And how to adapt fast.

1. Kill the ego

- Understand that the algorithm doesn't care about you
- The more sharable the content, the likely it is to perform

2. Always keep audience at the top of mind

- Your content should always serve your audience
- Think about the psychology of how your content stops the scroll

3. Study the best people in your industry

- Great creators adapt fast. So follow those who adjust at speed
- If someone changes up, check it out and break down why

4. Experiment all the time

- Do not continue to use the same format if it doesn't work
- Treat each post like an experiment and test different variables

5. Accept things with a pinch of salt

- There is a lot of misinformation spread on here
- What will work for others may not work for you

6. Play the long game

- Remember 0.1% growth compounds daily
- Those who quit, never see the benefits

LinkedIn is not dead.
It's dead for those who are unwilling to change.

What's 1 thing your working on changing in your content?

Most people are optimised for LinkedIn in 2024.

Here's the winning formula for 2025:

Let's be real, the platform isn’t broken.
And no, you don’t need to just post more XD

The brutal reality is...
If your foundation’s weak, everything else falls flat.

If they are strong, you can build a brand that:

- Drives mass attention
- Builds trust
- Converts followers into customers

But here's what you need to have down:

1. Finding your foundational “why”
Your content won’t land if no one knows why you’re here.
Every piece of content should lead towards this why.

2. Focussing on a clear ICP
If you try to reach everyone, you’ll reach no one.
Define exactly who you speak to and use their language.

3. Optimised Profile
People check your profile before they follow or buy.
Treat it like a landing page, and optimise everything.

4. Strong Positioning
You should be known for something specific.
Pick 3–5 pillars and repeat until your name is tied to them.

5. Digestible Copy
Long blocks of text get skipped.
Use white space, short sentences and make it scroll-friendly.

6. Beautiful Branding
You don’t need a designer...but sloppy visuals kill trust.
Ensure you have clean formatting and consistent colours.

7. Consumer Psychology
You’re not selling products, you’re selling belief.
Use stories, proof and real emotions within your posts.

So before you try the latest LinkedIn "hack"
Go back to the basics.

Because have these nailed and you'll build...

A large audience who trusts your opinion !

Which of these are you strongest at right now?

The brutal truth no one wants to admit:

Ideas are easy. Execution isn’t.

The most successful people I know are good at one core thing:

Speed of execution.

Ideas come from everywhere, whether in the shower or on a walk.
But if we don't execute, they get left in our notes or worse, our heads.

The idea could be incredible... but nothing happens
Because you didn’t execute immediately.

And that’s where 99% of people will get stuck.

So here’s how to start moving fast on your ideas
(In 5 simple steps)

1. Strip it back
↳ Ask yourself: what’s the core problem you're solving?
↳ Turn it into the simplest version possible.

2. Timebox it
↳ Give yourself a very tight deadline.
↳ This brings clarity by reducing overthinking time.

3. Share it rough
↳ Get early feedback from people who’ll be honest.
↳ Don’t wait until it’s perfect, just get it out.

4. Track what clicks
↳ See what people are talking about the most.
↳ Notice what gets people curious, confused, or excited.

5. Keep moving
↳ Start scrappy and improve things with speed.
↳ Do not stall, use momentum and speed to build something awesome.

Here’s the good news... execution is becoming easier.
Especially if you work in content or marketing.

I’ve been keeping an eye on Aha lately.
They’ve been building something incredible for creator campaigns.

Instead of marketers juggling outreach, follow-ups, reporting...
They handle all of it, from start to outcome.

This includes things like:

- Matching creators
- Automatic invitations
- And even price negotiations

Which means you can execute faster,
And focus on the one thing humans do best:

Creative strategy.

Because when execution becomes reliable,
Brands can stop hesitating and start scaling.

Resulting in better results for the creator AND the brand :D

I’ve written 1000s of LinkedIn posts in the last 2 years.

Each post has its own objective. Let me explain:

The key to building a large profitable personal brand
That brings leverage to everything you do:

Creating content across the funnel.

- Top of funnel - High growth content
- Middle of funnel - High trust-building content
- Bottom of funnel - High conversion-based content.

Here are 15 formats of content
To grow and monetise your personal brand on LinkedIn:

Growth:

- In-depth broad topic carousel
- Broad topic cheat sheet
- Resources/tools post

7 Crucial Productivity Mistakes

And How to Avoid Them.

Ever felt like you're always busy but never getting ahead?

Sometimes, it's less about how much you work.
And more about working smart instead of hard.

Those who fall into these habits
Will often feel like:

- They're always busy
- They're consistently overwhelmed
- Results seem far and few between

Break this cycle today.
Be aware of the mistakes… and how to avoid them:

1. Thinking “Busy” is Productive
↳ Just because your calendar is full doesn’t mean you’re productive.
↳ Focus on the 20% driving 80% of your results. Double down on that.

2. Neglecting Your Health to Get Work Done
↳ Sacrificing health for work reduces efficiency.
↳ Make health non-negotiable. Move daily and eat nutritious foods.

3. Avoiding Breaks to “Power Through”
↳ Powering through without breaks slows your brain down.
↳ Take regular short breaks. 5 minutes can make a big difference.

4. Trying to Multi-Task
↳ Multitasking scatters focus and overloads the brain.
↳ Focus on one task at a time for better results.

5. Trying to Achieve Perfection
↳ Perfectionism can be paralysing and stop progress.
↳ Focus on progress over perfection. Start and iterate fast.

6. Failing to Prioritise Tasks
↳ An overloaded to-do list causes important tasks to be missed.
↳ Use the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritise urgent and important tasks.

7. Having Unclear Goals
↳ Unclear goals lead to a lack of focus and drive.
↳ Ensure your goals are clear, purposeful, and urgent.

The key here:

Recognising these productivity mistakes for yourself.
As no one will fix them for you.

Remember…

Smart work will always beat hard work.

The top 1% have an unfair advantage on LinkedIn...

They think in systems. Here's how you can do the same:

Most founders overthink posting on LinkedIn.
They stare at their laptop for hours and come up with... nothing.

And the reason is pretty simple:
You'll stay stuck like this without a good content system.

When founders stop posting, it's normally down to a lack of good structure.

Those generating consistent leads are thinking way less about what to post.

Instead, they're using a 3-layer framework that makes LinkedIn work for them 👇

1️⃣ Content Pillars (3-4 max)

Know which topics you own, and the areas you can talk about for hours.

Find yours by asking yourself:

- What do clients always ask you?
- What could you teach a full day workshop on without preparing?

E.g. Lead generation, personal branding, AI workflows, founder marketing.

Those are your pillars. Pick 3-4 and stick to them :)

2️⃣ Content Types (5 formats)

There are 5 types of LinkedIn posts you can write.

- Educational cheat sheet: a clear, structured breakdown your audience can save
- In-depth carousel: a longer, in-depth format that walks through a topic
- Comparison style cheat sheet: a side-by-side format that breaks down a contrast
- Visualised infographic: a single graphic that makes complex ideas simple
- Stories and lessons: personal wins or failures that show your thinking

3-4 pillars x 5 types = 15-20 content directions at any given time.

The blank page becomes a menu.

3️⃣ Batching Calendar

You only need 3 focused blocks per week.

- Research day: find pre-validated ideas inside your content area. Look at what's already working, then build on it.
- Batch design day: produce your cheat sheets and visuals in one session. Design first, so your writing has direction.
- Writing day: write captions based on the designs you've already built. The hard thinking is done.

Engagement is a daily habit you build alongside everything else.

The whole workflow lives in a Notion calendar so everything stays on track.

Without pillars, your audience never knows what to follow you for.
Forget content types, and every post starts from scratch.

And no calendar means posting only happens when inspiration strikes (which means it often doesn't lol).

Consistency beats creativity, every time.

Because you'll have a bank of ideas ready for when you're running on empty.

Which of the 3 layers is missing from your approach?
Drop it in the comments :D

So I think I'm about to do the most stupid thing I've done.

And I'm really not ready for it...

Running 10k every single day for 30 days.

Here's the story:

A few days ago I was chatting to my good friend Angus Parker about my total running KM for the year.
I had done just under 700km.

(Not bad for something I've been doing just for my silly lil brain health)

But something annoyed me...

I was 300km off of a wonderfully round 1000km.

I then thought "how hard could that be in one month?"
After few quite delusional afterthoughts, I thought why not go for it.

And so... December300 is born.

10k a day, every single day, until the end of the month.

Now I don't just want this to be a personal challenge for me.

I want to invite anyone else who wants to do it with me!

If you're game, feel free to comment "Join" on this post.
And I'll pop you a DM with the link :)

I also want to make this super fun, so...

If you're:

- London based
- Don't want to do the full challenge
- But would like to join me on one 10k run

Feel free to drop me a DM !

If running isn't your jam, but you'd still like to support.
I'm also raising money for Shelter UK.

Super nice cause and so important, especially around these cold winter months.
Feel free to donate here: https://lnkd.in/eSWvNyiU

Anything is genuinely deeply appreciated <3

I have no idea how this will be for me tbh.
But MAN I am excited for the challenge.

Because for me, December is usually a slow month.

So I'm ready to fully send it

Am I gunna snap my hamstring within the first few days?
What do you think? XD

Let's get it people !

♻️ Any repost to spread the message would be amazinggg

Ps recognise anyone from my current running squad?? 🔥

My pipe dream: Opening a tiny Italian Restaurant

Think... checkered tablecloths, and timeless pasta.

While I’m still waiting for Nonna’s secret recipes...
Today I brought the dream online.

By building the website for Sanders Spaghetti 🍝🇮🇹

The best part?

I didn’t write a single line of code.
I didn’t spend hours dragging blocks.
I didn’t even set up hosting.

Instead, I used the new Vibe for Wordpress by 10Web.
The first AI-native frontend builder fully integrated with WordPress.

Here’s how it works (and why it’s different):

↳ Type “Italian restaurant website” and Vibe instantly generates one
↳ Edit anything via AI chat, point-and-click, or full code access
↳ Add layout, animations, and interactions
↳ Publish with built-in hosting, SSL, backups, and performance
↳ And keep full ownership of your code

This for me was huge because I’m terrible with this stuff.
Normally I’d cobble something together in Figma and call it a day.

But with 10Web I got a real, live website builder...
With all the power of WordPress behind it.

If you’ve ever dreamed of building something of your own
Whether it’s a real business or a saucy side project.

You can now launch it in minutes.

I've wrote over 6798+ posts on LinkedIn in the last 3 years.

And I always see the same mistake...

You're only posting one type of content, and you're still confused why nothing you write sells or converts.

You can't just pick one type of post and hope it sticks.
Whether that be teaching, sharing opinions, or posting results.

You can't rely on these to help you grow on LinkedIn.

And that's because LinkedIn has 3 different audiences...

1/ People who've never heard of you.
2/ People who know you exist but haven't decided to trust you yet.
3/ People who are already convinced and just need one more reason to act.

If you change up your content based on these audiences, you'll scale rapidly.
And that's a fact :)

So here are 3 content types that hit every single audience, which every founder needs:

1️⃣ Reach Content

Find people who've never heard of you before.

- Don't be scared to challenge common beliefs.
- If it doesn't teach in detail, it won't increase dwell time.
- The goal primarily is to stop the scroll.

Never play it safe.

Content no one disagrees with is content no one remembers !
Just don't be an a-hole xD

2️⃣ Authority Content

For people who know you exist but haven't decided to trust you yet.

- Build authority from the get-go.
- Teach something a reader can apply from the get go.
- Share frameworks, specific processes, and honest lessons from experience.

Always ask yourself: would someone save this post?

3️⃣ Conversion Content

For people who are already sold and just need one more reason to act.
We give real outcomes, real names, and real numbers...

For me, and TCA, that looks like:

- Jeff pulling in $80k in his first few weeks.
- Yinka generating $400k in revenue from TCA teachings.

Founders avoid this because it feels like bragging,
Or for the ones who do well, it's the only thing they post.

Both kill the system.

If you want to convert, you need to bring all 3 together.

Reach without authority brings people in, but gives them nothing to stay for.
Authority without reach teaches a small audience that never grows.
Conversion without the first 2 is selling to strangers with no reason to trust you.

The right mix for most founders:
50% reach, 33% authority, 17% conversion.

Go audit your last 10 posts.
See how well you do across all 3.

Which type of content are you posting the most right now?

41% of people second guess their choices daily.

Here’s how to stop wasting time 👇

A great cheat sheet from the main man Chris Donnelly
Super useful for me as an over thinker haha !

It's so easy to second guess yourself when you:

- Are overwhelmed with work
- Are Listening to too many opinions
- Don't have a system for making decisions

This can then often lead to:

- Delayed and inaccurate decisions
- Missed opportunities
- Frustration

These 7 mental models can change that:

1. OODA Loop (John Boyd)
→ A loop to help you think fast and stay sharp.
Observe. Orient. Decide. Act. Repeat.

2. First Principles Thinking
→ Break things down to raw truths and rebuild from scratch.

3. Six Thinking Hats (Edward de Bono)
→ Switch between logic, emotion, and creativity instead of mixing them up.

4. 80/20 Rule (Pareto Principle)
→ Focus on what really moves the needle. Drop what doesn’t.

5. Root Cause Analysis (Sakichi Toyoda)
→ Ask ‘why’ until you land on the real problem.

6. Occam’s Razor
→ The simplest answer is often the right one. Don’t overcomplicate it.

7. The 5x5 Rule
→ If it won’t matter in 5 years, don’t spend more than 5 minutes on it.

Now do not fear... you don't need to try all of these.
The key part here is choosing the best one that works for you.

Because once you can start to systemise your decisions.
It is so much easier to make harder decisions much faster.

What's your go to framework for decison making?

Most people will quit very early on LinkedIn:

Here’s the reason why (and how to avoid):

They don’t realise LinkedIn mirrors real life.
It’s all about persistence and adaptability.

People watch creators skyrocket in growth...
And assume they blew up overnight.

The truth is completely different.

This is how the journey really unfolds:

1. You define your core topics and have buckets of ambition.
2. You then start posting and put yourself out there.
3. You engage daily in comments and start to build a community.
4. You follow LinkedIn advice from gurus who can't back it up.
5. And finally you give up when it doesn’t click instantly.

It can be an insanely brutal process.
But if you stick at it...

This happens too:

✅ You analyse what actually gets results and learn.
✅ You restart and apply the lessons to go again.
✅ You then double down on what works for you.
✅ Then the growth starts happening.

🏆 And you become a recognised name in your space.

It’s a wild ride.

And the algorithm is always evolving.
So you’re constantly forced to adjust.

But that’s why LinkedIn rewards those who stick it out.

How’s LinkedIn going for you right now?
Drop your thoughts below.

Week 1 - 7/30 back to back 10k runs complete !

Here's what it's taught me:

1. Challenges are f*cking awesome.

If you'd have said 2 weeks ago I'd be running 10ks every single day...
I'd have said "Nope, not possible".

But for some reason, setting this challenge has allowed me to push WAY past,
what I thought was originally possible.

It feels like the start hehehe.

2. It's kick-started other good habits

Because I'm so scared of injury I'm:

- Doing mobility work everyday
- Eating well
- Sleeping like a log

I have never been this consistent with them, and it feels great !

3. Better decision making

Because every morning I have 1 hour of interrupted thinking time
My clarity of thought and focus has shot up like crazy.

I'm getting less overwhelmed with tasks and it's wayyy easier to "lock in".

4. I feel genuinely more happy and grateful

Waking up every morning knowing you've got to run sucks (a lot)

But once it's done, everything else comes into perspective.

Problems seem smaller.
I feel way more present throughout the day
And I deeply appreciate quite mundane things

With that said it's been ruthlessly cold out in the mornings.

Which is the exact reason I'm raising money for ShelterUK.

It's so easy to forget how lucky we genuinely are having a roof over our head.
Not everyone has that blessing.

Any donation genuinely means the world to me!

You can do so here: https://lnkd.in/eSWvNyiU

Week 2 will involve some runs in Amsterdam, which I'm VERY excited for !

Anyone in London up for a run from the 12th onwards?
Hit me up :)

♻️ Repost this to spread the message <3

Ps I am useless at getting photos (especially when running)
So enjoy this gangsta photo of me and Lara Acosta lol

150k ran in 15 days. Half way there...

But here's what genuinely surprised me:

You tend to have so much more to give than you originally think.

If you'd of asked me to do 2 back to back 10ks last week...
My response would be "nah I'm good pal"

It would be doable, but my mind would see it as ridiculously hard.

But when you set a challenge, something weird happens.

Your brain adapts to actually do it.

It doesn't matter how hard it is.
Or how little self belief you may have.

A challenge with purpose makes things far more doable.

And this is what I'm taking into 2026.

I'm a very ambitious person (probs too much sometimes lol)
But this opened up my mind to realise I can actually do so much more.

So next time you're in a bit of a rut.
Or feel like momentum is slowing down on things...

Set a stupidly hard challenge.

One that scares you.

Because it can genuinely change how you think about things moving forward.

Which challenge are you eyeing up for 2026?
Let me knowww in the comments !

PS I'm also raising money for ShelterUK.
We are almost at half the donation goal currently which is insane!!

I’ve written 3847+ LinkedIn posts in the last 3 years.

Every post has its own goal. Let me explain:

To build a highly profitable personal brand...
You need to create content across the funnel.

- Top of funnel - High growth content
- Middle of funnel - High trust-building content
- Bottom of funnel - High conversion-based content.

Here are 15 formats of content
To grow and monetise your personal brand on LinkedIn:

Growth:

- In-depth broad topic carousel
- Broad topic cheat sheet
- Resources/tools post
- Reactive trend post
- Viral billboard
- Viral video

Trust building:

- Lead magnets
- Personal stories
- Your personal tools/systems
- Reactive content with your expertise

Conversion:

- Testimonials
- Case studies
- Milestone posts
- Niche “how to” video
- Sharing your processes

This will allow you to build an audience that is:

↳ Large
↳ Engaged in you
↳ Future customers

Your content strategy should directly reflect your goals.

For example:

Goal: More customers as quickly as possible.
Focus hard on MOF/BOF content.

Goal: Reach more people.
Focus on TOF content.

How to make a viral LinkedIn carousel in 9 minutes.

Using Claude and Gamma:

Ok so 2 of my fav tools have built a beauttt integration.

And as data shows carousels perform significantly better than other posts.

Making an incredible LinkedIn carousel (pronto)

Step 1: Connect the two tools

- Go into Claude, settings, then browse and search gamma
- Sign in to your Gamma account

Step 2: Ensure all of your brand assets are in both tools.

- Get your fonts, brand assets and colours in Gamma
- Have Claude trained on your tone of voice and knowledge base.

Step 3: Research and find pre-validated topics

- Find pre-validated topics and ideas within your content pillars
- Posts that have performed disproportionately well for:

Either yourself or another creator

Step 4: Once you have found the right topic, expand your thinking

- Share the idea with Claude and work out how you can differ.
- Think about improving with your own knowledge and experience

Important note: Never copy an idea directly, think about which alternate angles you can take and how you can offer new advice and information from your own expertise.

Step 5: Once you have a clear structure, build out the info

- Start to develop the copy for the carousel slides
- And think of which type of images you'll be supporting it with

Step 6: Simply write "Gamma help me create a presentation on this based on my usual brand assets"

- Wait as it produces the slides for you
- Then go in and check what it creates for you !

Step 7: Edit and adjust

- Make sure the copy and images are exactly how you want it.
- Really try to provide as much actionable value as possible !

Step 8: Get that carousel live !

300km ran in 30 days, with £1285 raised!

The end of 2025 was brutal...

But it changed my mind on one main thing.
That relates to a lot of areas in life.

There mental barriers we attach to ourselves on a faily basis.
Are often compeltely wrong.

When I first started this challenge, I wasn't sure if it was possible for me.
I was frightened of injuries as I'd never ran a back to back 10k.

But I knew deep down I had to finish it.

So I prioritied mobility and simply put the reps in.
And surprisingly my body adapted (even got a PB on the last day)

So now my goal for 2026?
Really question if that barrier I've built up is actually there.

You are often capable of so much more than you think !

So next time you're:

- Doubting your beliefs on a project
- Worried to apply for a job your not as qulaified for
- Holding off starting that business you've always wanted

I encourage you to truly question of that belief of:
"I'm not good enough".

Because most of the time, that's the thing that stops people.

Happy new year legends !

Very excited for the year ahead :)

I helped grow Chris Donnelly's LinkedIn from 180k to 1.2M...

And we didn't use AI the way you'd think...

Most founders are using AI for content incorrectly.
And honestly, the output gives it away every time.

They're asking AI to write for them instead of thinking with them.
That one thing is why so much AI content sounds exactly the same.

Here is what that actually looks like in practice...

"Write me a LinkedIn post about why founders need a personal brand."

The founders getting better results, prompt like this 👇

- "Here is my ICP, my content pillar, and 3 pain points my audience has shared this week."
- "Help me find the most interesting angle and tell me why it would land."

One of those is outsourcing the thinking.
The other is using AI as a thinking partner.

The output quality is not even close.

If you want better results, you need to create smarter prompts.

Bring the context, the point of view, and the audience insight.
AI handles the structure and the refinement.

That's where leverage comes from.

If you're asking it to write from scratch with no context,
That's just a different kind of blank page.

The shift is simple, but most people never make it.

How do you use AI when creating content?

LinkedIn is full of job updates and education.

I've grown from 5,000 to 153,371 followers in 2 years.

And I've not really shared much about who I actually am.

So here's my introduction.
(without info about my job hehehe)

I'm Josh.
I live in London.
I like silly lil tattoos.
I constsantly question myself.
I have a black cat called Lausse.
I'm am 25 years young (26 soon oop).
I got a black belt in taekwondo at 14.
I prefer 1 deep convo over 10 small talks.
I love hearing and telling terrible dad jokes.
I'm currently in my mid twenties running crisis.
I did a degree in entrepreneurship and innovation.
I have a mild obsession with Chess (yet I kinda suck)
I was ranked 3rd in the UK at football freestyle at 17.
It's taken 2 years, but I feel surrounded by the best people.

I would now love to get to know you guys more :)

I took 1 week off posting on LinkedIn

And you'll never guess what happened...

Nothing. Nothing Happened XD

It's so easy to feel consistent pressure to post on here.
In fact, we deeply encourage people to post daily.

However, it's all down to how it relates to your goals.

If the goal is to rapidly grow and scale your brand...
Post daily.

For me, I want to keep up consistency throughout the year
Whilst building the best educational business possible with Chris

This is typically very high in intensive work.
So I need the odd week off to refresh and recover !

And I just came off of a promotion period for the The Creator Accelerator by Chris Donnelly
I had worked harder than ever before.

Here are the stats for those interested hehe

In 60 days we managed to:

- Generate 20,000+ leads
- Rack up 10M+ Views across platforms
- Have our largest ever online event (5,000 +)
- Sell out the cohort with 136 incredible founders

All whilst keeping Chris' brand integrity
And allowing consistent awareness & lead flow for Searchable

But after some sheer grinding, I needed some time off screens.

So I went to the beautiful Slovenia with my gf Lola.

We explored the Postojna caves, Lake Bled and Ljubljana Castle
(Whilst not dying driving on the right hand side up mountains 😂)

It was exactly what I needed.

So if you're burning low...
Remember you should only continue posting if it aligns with your goals.

This is a long game people !

What did I miss over the last week??

These GPTs contain 1000+ hours of LinkedIn knowledge.

And I'm giving you them for FREE:

Comment CUSTOM, and I will personally send them all to you.

Most people use GPT as a chat bot...
But GPTs can be far more effective when it comes to:

- Strategy
- Ideas
- Feedback

Especially if it's had the right training 👀

Ours have been trained across 300,000+ posts across all different industries.

They have helped us drive 100M+ views.
And supported us driving significant revenue.

The 4 GPTs are:

📊 The LinkedIn Algorithm Expert
💡 The Viral LinkedIn Idea Generator
🪝 The Scroll Stopping Hook Generator
💰 The High-Converting Lead Gen Generator

With all of these, you can essentially:

1. Ensure every single post is optimised for the latest algorithm updates.
2. Come up with viral post ideas in seconds.
3. Generate hooks that stop the scroll.
4. Generate dozens of leads per post.

You basically have a full LinkedIn content team at your disposal.

Again, I repeat, for free.

Start using them, I promise you won't regret it.

I've helped Chris Donnelly grow from 180k to 3 million+

All whilst running a 7 figure cohort business...

Let's be real:

Building a business and posting every day is f*cking hard.

It's exhausting and for most founders is the first thing to drop.

Yes, the benefits of a personal brand are incredible.
But you also have to be consistent for a very long time.

Which sucks.

But there is a way to do it.
And it all comes down to one skillset...

Strategically using AI.

Most people will never reach 10,000 followers.

Here’s why that happens:

Ps if you are looking to reach your first 10k
Chris Donnelly is going live on Tues to show you exactly how

There are two types of LinkedIn content.

Most founders only know one of them.

Every founder needs to know them both to grow on LinkedIn.

They serve completely different purposes.
Most people are creating one without realising they're neglecting the other.

Visibility content is designed to grow your audience and get you in front of new people.

Think hot takes, observations, and personal stories with a broad lesson.
The goal is reach and recognition.

It gets you seen by people who have never heard of you.

A founder sharing a hard lesson from their first failed hire will always out-reach a post about their service offering.

That's visibility working.

Whereas converting content is designed to make the right person take action.

Think frameworks, case studies, and proof of results.
The goal is trust and decision-making.

It turns a warm audience member into an inbound lead.

A case study works because the reader sees themselves in the result.
That's what makes them believe it's possible for them.

Both matter.
But they do completely different jobs in your funnel.

Stop posting visibility content on repeat and wondering why nobody reaches out.
And don't skip straight to converting content before building trust.

The sequence matters as much as the content itself.

Here is a rough split to work toward:

Around 70% of your posts should be building visibility and warming your audience.
This is made up of a slightly broader reach, new eyeballs, recognition in your niche.

Around 30% should be driving converting content.
Here, you're moving the right people from interested to ready.

To apply this now: Look at your last 10 posts and count how many were trying to reach new people vs move warm ones to action.

That split will tell you everything.

The ratio shifts depending on where you are in your growth journey.
(E.g. If you've been posting for years like Thomas Pearce)

Earlier stage founders need to prioritise visibility first.
More established brands can start pushing that convertibility number up.

But the principle stays the same.

Visibility without converting content is just a following.
Converting without visibility content is selling to an empty room.

And that's why you need both.

If you want to turn this into a full system, grab TCA's free Lead Generation Blueprint.

It covers the exact content strategy, lead magnet framework, and pipeline system that makes both visibility and converting work together.
