A recruiter sends a connection request. It gets accepted. Then they send a message asking if I would be interested in a role. I reply that it's not for me and the conversation ends. Why would the recruiter not end the conversation well with a final message thanking you for getting back to them, I don't get it, just bad manners and backs up why you wouldn't want to work with that person in the future. Surely it's all about building relationships?
