The harsh truth of being from lower-tier colleges:

1. Very few or almost no campus placements.
2. No technical groups.
3. No coding culture.
4. Off-campus placements are the only way to get placed.

And many more things…

But always remember, your college tier doesn't define your potential. The most important thing is to keep learning and getting better at what you want to do. That's what will make you stand out.

So, it doesn't matter if your college is a big name or a smaller school. Take charge, learn new things, and make your own success story!
