It may look like Quality are doing a great job, but are they really???

We may feel sorry for Quality looking at this image, but they are partly to blame for their predicament.

One of the first things Quality must do in any business, before even setting up the Quality System, is to make sure everyone in the organisation understands WHY they must embrace Quality and how they can apply it to their daily tasks.

This way, you will find people are more forthcoming with their desire to help 😉

Quality have a tough job on their hands, but somehow, they manage to keep them under control😅
