3 hiring lessons I have learned as an Agency Owner!

Hiring can be tricky.

Over the years, I've learned a few key lessons that have transformed how I build high-performing and growth-driven teams:

It's true: hiring smarter people than yourself doesn't threaten your position, it strengthens it!

This opens doors to new perspectives and tackling complex problems together.

2.⁠ ⁠Align your “motivators“ with them

When you hire someone whose motivations align with yours, you create a powerful partnership.

This shared purpose becomes the foundation for a long-term, fulfilling journey.

3.⁠ ⁠Transparency in communication is everything in a remote team.

When your team isn't physically present, clear communication is everything.

Be open, honest, and proactive. Share your vision, your progress, and your concerns.

This helped us create a culture of trust where everyone feels empowered to contribute and nobody feels left in the dark.

When I began creating content on LinkedIn back towards the end of 2020, I never knew that it could be something I could pursue professionally.
