Yesterday in the capacity - as CHRO of SunParma, I was invited to speak to the students of Tata Institute of Social Sciences - one of our premier institutions in the city of Mumbai. My talk was on the nuances of leadership, professionalism, technological disruptions, the future of work and how it will alter the face and nature of the HR function. It was a interesting discussion and totally loved interacting with the bright and highly energetic students of #TISS. Thanks Prof. S Parasuraman - Director of TISS, faculty and students for the honor, it was lovely to be invited during your inaugural sessions for 2017/18. I am left highly impressed with the high quality of talent on your campus.
