Our potential is as vast as the sea,
with depths unknown,
and limits untold.

All my life,
I've doubted that I am enough.

It takes courage to embrace
the lives we are meant to live.

To dive into the depths of our being
And unlock the treasures that lay within.

Here’s to the potential within us all,
as limitless as the sea, never-ending, always expanding.

Transformation isn’t a maze.
It’s a mirror.

First, it whispers as an intention
↳ A quiet thought that won't let go
↳ A possibility that keeps returning

Then it becomes a behavior
↳ A conscious choice
↳ A daily decision

Next emerges a habit
↳ An automatic response
↳ A natural rhythm

Soon, it's a practice
↳ A disciplined dance
↳ A committed craft

Until it transforms into second nature
↳ As natural as breathing
↳ As consistent as sunrise

Finally, it simply becomes who you are.
No effort required.
No conscious thought needed.

The distance between who you are
and who you want to be
is crossed by tiny steps taken daily.

What intention are you nurturing?
I’d love to know.

Stay focused.
Stay brave.
Your direction is more important than your speed.
When we step away from the busyness of our lives
and spend time in Nature, the weight of the world lifts from our shoulders and we have the strength to carry on. Happy Saturday!
We're capable of so much more than we realize.
Within each of us is the 'possibility of the extraordinary.'

When we move beyond our comfort zone,
we discover who we are and what we can be.

Naziyah Mahmood is an inspiring example!

A devout Muslim, Naziyah was born with a visual impairment. Despite her challenges, she became an astrophysicist, aerospace engineer, STEM Ambassador, artist, and poet.

To top it off, she's also fluent in several forms of martial arts and can stop a sword blade within an inch of someone's skin.

Most importantly, she's a woman of peace and faith.

Here's to Naziyah Mahmood and everyone who dares to live the 'possibility of the extraordinary.'

Every generous act enriches us all.

Below are the words of Felix D. Michael.
He wrote them in a comment last week.

When I asked his permission to share his writing,
he was ever humble, thoughtful, and kind.

Committed to encouraging and inspiring others,
I wanted to introduce Felix and his writing to our community.

“If there be a voice that has clarity like no other,
it will be the voice that comes from within you.

It is the compass of your soul...

Guard it with fervor. “

Like stars, we rise in our own time.
It’s never too late to follow our dreams.

·     At 50, I began my career.
·     At 52, I became a National Geographic Explorer.
·     At 60, I married George Crowley.

Today, I’m just hitting my stride.

Our dreams deserve the courage of a lifetime.

We must be the light we wish to see in the world. It takes great courage to shine. Critics and naysayers may want to dim our brilliance. Please do not give them that power.

In times of great challenge, it’s more important than ever to be brave and luminous. The world needs billions of beacons to illuminate the way.

Be the Light!

Our success is never our own.
It comes from the efforts of those
who inspire and guide us along the way.

As a child, my mother was a lei seller, poor, humble, and almost invisible.

But she had great and unwavering dreams.
The tourists she greeted at the Maui Harbor each day,
fueled her goals.

My mom envisioned someday traveling the world.
In 1960, we sailed for the South Pacific.

After years of her working three jobs simultaneously,
she and I boarded a ship for Tahiti and Samoa until
we reached our destination, New Zealand.

Though I was young, that experience shaped my life.
It ignited a fire that led me to become an anthropologist and explorer.

Whatever success you’ve experienced thus far, take a moment today to reflect on those who inspired and guided your way.

As Rumi reminds us, “We stand on the shoulders of giants and honor their sacrifices as we pave our own way.”

When we least expect it, experiences await that fill us with awe.

It's as if the universe is conspiring to give us something special, something we didn't even know we needed.

Last Friday, I tested positive for covid. Although it’s been a challenge, it’s also been extraordinary.

I'm reminded of the miracle of our bodies and grateful for the privilege to be alive.

“I have met my self and I am going to care for her fiercely.”

2025 is a blank canvas. We can’t rewrite the past.

Quiet doesn't mean invisible. It's power in disguise.

In a loud world, these traits speak volumes:

As an introvert, being loud feels unnatural.
These 6 qualities transformed my life...

(I hope you'll find value in them too.)

→ Don’t imitate others.
Your uniqueness is your strength.

→ Don’t doubt your worth.
You are enough.

→ Don’t hide your voice.
Your story matters. Share it.

→ Stay true to your values.
Your principles guide you.

→ Trust your intuition.
Your instincts are powerful. Listen to them.

→ Be consistent.
Stay genuine in all you do.

Remember, your voice is powerful.
It doesn’t need to be loud to be heard.

Be yourself. Stay true.
Watch the world listen.

The Moken tribe are remarkable sea gypsies who have live in the waters off the southern coasts of Thailand and Myanmar.

They lead a nomadic lifestyle that is unlike anything else in the world.

What makes them so unique is their deep connection to the ocean and incredible survival skills.

When the 2004 tsunami devastated SE Asia killing thousands of people, this 2,000-member tribe didn’t even sustain injury!

I wanted to know how they did it. So, I traveled to the Andaman Sea and lived with them briefly. It was one of the rare privileges of my life!

The Moken embody the spirit of adventure and freedom. Living in harmony with the sea, they are a testament to the resilience and resourcefulness of the human spirit!

There's much we can learn from cultures worldwide like the Moken!

The happiest people I've met live in huts.
No degrees. No titles. No fancy office.

Here's their secret...

After 20 years of studying indigenous traditions,
here's what these cultures taught me about happiness:

It's not found in achievements.
It's discovered in acceptance.

The modern world tells us:

• Get the perfect job
• Earn another degree
• Find the right relationship

But ancient wisdom whispers a different truth:

Happiness isn't a destination.
It's an inner journey to find peace within yourself.

What I've observed in remote villages:

- People with little material wealth have abundant joy
- Elders who never chase status are always revered
- Communities that care for each other suffer less anxiety

The secret?
They understood that happiness is an inside job.

It's not about having everything.
It's about being content with what is yours.

It's not about being with someone.
It's about being complete on your own.

Today, ask yourself:
What if everything you need for happiness
is already within you?

Stop chasing money.

Here are powerful ways to build true wealth:

First, what you take for granted, others pray for...

-A full refrigerator makes you wealthier than 75% of humanity.
-Money in your wallet puts you in the world's top 8%.
-Reading these words, one billion people can't.

It's not about what you have.
It's about who you are.

3 simple steps to unlock abundance:

1. Practice Radical Gratitude
Notice the miracles in mundane moments.
Your morning coffee. A warm bed. It's a kind message.
These aren't small things. They're life's masterpieces.

2. Transform Appreciation into Action
Let gratitude fuel your purpose. Lift others as you climb.
Your gifts multiply when shared.

3.    Choose Wealth of Spirit
Count memories, not money. Measure wealth in moments of joy.
Build riches that time can't touch.

The poorest person isn't one without money.
It's one without gratitude.

Your greatest wealth is not in your bank account.
It's in your ability to appreciate your life.

What's one thing you're grateful for?

Rock bottom felt permanent.
Turns out it was a launchpad.

We've all been there.
Rejections. Setbacks. Failures.
Like you, I've had my share.

The examples below remind us
that numbers don't lie.

They tell an extraordinary story:

J.K. Rowling: 12 rejections
↳ 12 publishers turned down Harry Potter.
↳ Rowling has sold over 500 million books.

Walt Disney: 302 rejections
↳ Investors believed Disney would fail.
↳ His empire now spans continents.

Albert Einstein: Was labeled “slow“
↳ He didn't speak until age 4.
↳ He didn't read until age 7.
↳ He's now the face of modern physics.

Vincent van Gogh: Sold only 1 painting in his lifetime
↳ He created over 800 masterpieces anyway
↳ His most expensive work today: $142.7 million

Dr. Seuss: 27 rejections
↳ 27 publishers said “no“
↳ Now he's a household name

Thomas Edison's response to 10,000 failures:
“I haven't failed. I've just found
10,000 ways that won't work.“

Here's what these numbers mean:
↳ They're not measuring failure
↳ They're measuring the price of success

The question isn't “Will you fail?“
The question is, “Are you willing to pay the price?“

Success isn't about avoiding failure
↳ It's about being willing to fail.

What price will you pay?
I'd love to know.

Everyone has an opinion.
Only a few have the map.

In my experience,
if you're building something meaningful:

Avoid:

• Taking advice from people who never tried
• Letting negative opinions derail your vision
• Asking permission from those who play small

Instead:

• Trust your gut instincts
• Learn from those ahead of you
• Build despite the noise

Focus on this for the first 90 days.

Build from there.

Remember: Most people will warn you against
The very things they're too scared to try themselves.
