Big news today - Ford is returning to Formula 1! We’re bringing innovation, sustainability, electrification – and lots of speed – to one of the biggest stages in the world.

With Red Bull Racing, we’re forming Red Bull Ford Powertrains to share expertise, ideas and technologies. We will work to develop the hybrid power unit for the 2026 Formula 1 season, including a 350kW electric motor and new combustion engine able to run on sustainable fuels.

This will open up a rich technology exchange, making Ford more competitive – from aerodynamics and battery technology to software controls and digital OTAs, we’ll be sharing our expertise and gaining insights that will help foster innovation.

And when Ford goes racing, we race to win, so Red Bull Racing is a perfect fit.

Thanks to Stefano Domenicali, Christian Horner, Max Verstappen, Sergio Perez, Daniel Ricciardo and the whole Red Bull Racing team. Excited to share more as we prepare for the 2026 season!

Melis Kızılçam used to be the only woman in her department at Ford Otosan Yeniköy Plant. Now she manages a team of 11 women forklift operators. Loved hearing her unique perspective and seeing the pride she has in the team. Was great meeting everyone! #WeAreFord

Great to be in Kentucky with the team last night to introduce the all-new Ford Super Duty. Built like never before.

From the F-250 pickup to the F-600 utility truck, Super Duty is the badge America's hardest-working men & women have come to trust to get the toughest jobs done.

I’m always humbled to read the comments and reactions to posts that recognize our amazing Ford Motor Company team. Today, two of our industry's finest people—Hau Thai-Tang and Frederiek Toney—announced their plans to retire later this year and I want to add to the chorus of people recognizing their incredible work. Each of them has made Ford a better company, always putting the customer first and leading their teams to achieve great things.

With a career that spans more than 34 years at Ford, Hau is an accomplished engineer, designer, product developer, visionary...the list goes on. Look no further than the Ford Bronco, Maverick, Puma, Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning to see the impact that he has made on the company. Hau is one of the most respected leaders in this industry and one of the most decent, honorable people that I’ve had the pleasure to work alongside. I speak for all of us when I say he’ll be greatly missed.

Frederiek Toney, who has spent more than two decades serving this great company, is known both inside and out as an automotive all-star, leading positions in logistics, operations, and parts and service before taking over management of Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) and becoming a company officer. He’s worked tirelessly to serve the customer and live our purpose. His imprint on Ford deserves the highest praise and recognition.

It’s been a privilege to call these men my colleagues and friends. Please join me in bidding a fine farewell and thanking Hau and Frederick for their remarkable service to Ford.
This week we celebrated Ford Motor Company’s 119th anniversary. I always enjoy taking a look back at how it used to be and where we are today - still making products that help people live better lives and pursue their dreams. Many exciting changes over the decades. And many more to come!

Every day Bill Ford reminds us that whatever happens in the world, we’re guided by our values and creating a better tomorrow for our customers, our employees, but most importantly, our planet. We are proud to be the only full-line American automaker to stand with the Paris Agreement.

Recently, at the Aspen Ideas Festival, I spoke with CNBC’s Julia Boorstin and explained why I wrote my op-ed about falling in love with electric vehicles. Everyone that knows me, knows I’ve spent my whole life loving cars, building them, racing them and am in a lot of ways an old-school car guy. As I explain in the article, I was surprised when I fell in love with EVs and it wasn’t because of politics or the environmental benefits. It was because I love to drive and the driving experience of my electric F-150 Lightning is wonderful. And as CEO of Ford Motor Company, I see how EVs can improve the lives of our customers and this transition is important for our company and employees. As I mention in my op-ed and in this video, I think it’s important we start talking more about the actual human experience of driving EVs, instead of the politics.

If you haven’t read the op-ed yet, you can read the full piece here: https://bit.ly/3Y2jrNn. Thanks to everyone that has responded so far and shared their own experience.

Early demand for the all-electric E-Transit van has been strong with 300+ customers placing orders for 10,000+ vans. From municipalities like the City of Orlando to giant retailers like Walmart who's already ordered 1,100 vans with us. Especially important to see that businesses of all sizes are ordering, even small businesses with just one van. Can't wait to see how these E-Transits will increase productivity for commercial businesses and positively impact local communities everywhere. Ford Pro Ted Cannis

Next on my trip was Vegas! Couldn’t miss a stop at Gaudin Ford , which has been serving their community for 101 years. The most beautiful part is they often sell vehicles to multiple generations from the same families. And great to see my buddy Gary Ackerman again, owner of Gaudin. It was his grandfather, George, who founded the dealership in 1922. It’s been family owned and operated ever since. A terrific legacy.
